Ive got a friend who I meet up with for coffee once a week. She gets what I go through so its nice, no judgement!

Slower pace, less 'doing', more 'being'. Let go expectations, keep it as simple as possible.

Well said Heather =) Sometimes its hard to do 'less'. When we get a free moment we have a tendency to squeeze more jobs into a day.
