Hi all
The event went smoothly with about 16 people attending, including several of DAPA participants.
The restaurant setup a demonstration table, DAPA provided the gas cookers and woks and food.
The group learned how to cook a chinese dumpling dish and an indian chicken dish.
Learnings from the event were:
-to advertise more widely to get more people to come
-finding a supporter of the concept like the kind restaurant owner that let us run the class at a lunchtime midweek.
