Exploring Memories

NSW 2170

Exploring memories is an exciting new group that engages Carers with their local communities. This Carers group aims to take Carers on journeys to places, both new and old, to exhibitions of cultural enrichment and learning, give Carers the motivation to socialise along with fare delights and give the Carer an opportunity if they desire to record those memories through photography and scrapbooking. This group can benefit the Carer through sharing their caring experiences, minimising isolation, having fun, creating friendships and ultimately reducing stress.
