Testimonals
Here are some testimonials from our most recent Carer Hangouts.
"I found it very helpful. I met other carers on the zoom sessions and we exchanged information that was helpful."
"I just started attending. It’s good to listen to other carers how they struggled/coped. I don’t feel so alone in my struggle then."
"I need all the help I can get from people with lived experience & to have time out with other carers to break the isolation as I have no family support."
